They did on ourchan but the site got attacked by cp spammers. Half of the mods turned out to be mentally ill. They spent 6 months arguing with each other in every thread. We had a mentally ill russian talking about a society without hierarchies non stop. Video posting privilege was restricted due to the pedo spammers. No one wanted to put in effort on /pop/. No one wanted to play games or even agree to host a game on /v/. To top it all off we had fed miga posters arguing about the wonders of democracy and how trump will save the world. There are too many fringe retards and bad actors.
