Again you have a ship designed to sleep, you have plenty of plumbing and electric capacity, and your ballast/roll-control is top of the line. Keep those units built to handle a ship 2x as tall, and you'll be able to balance a bearing on a needle during surgery.The double hull is the real problem here, almost everything else is a standard work, with less decor. Speed is reasonable, storage is great, bed planning is fantastic. Might need to widen elevators for gurney. Has no defense pedigree.
