We're facing a serious gun rights crisis in the US right now. Several states like Virginia, New Mexico, Minnesota, and others are close to passing restrictive gun laws, in addition to states where those laws already exist.The Supreme Court has been absolute dogshit on this issue since the mid-2010's, refusing to take big cases, refusing to issue decisive rulings on cases it has taken (instead choosing to punt them back to the lower levels of the court system), and refusing to issue injunctions against states which openly violate the court's prior rulings. That leaves federal legislative action, an area where Trump and the Republican Congress have completely shat the bed and have gotten NOTHING done for gun rights.What is the next step here, /pol/?
