They probably had the rest of the bomb ready to go but enriching the 60% they had to be 90% takes a week (hence the "they're a week away from having a nuke" talk.) They don't appear to have a launch system to deploy a nuke even if they had one and I doubt they had gotten to the miniaturization stage of building a nuke (small enough to put on a missile or in a van or something.) They could blow up their stockpile and spread poisonous material in the immediate area but if thats well within Iran theres little reason to do it.
