I’ve been a lifelong Democrat voter and always will be. My issue is that my wife’s boyfriend exclusively votes Republican and makes problematic/ racist statements when in my home which is triggering. My wife won’t even confront him about this and even laughs at his xenophobic and sexist jokes. What can I do to change his mind?

While I understand the sentiment, both dems and repubs are evil and hate America. It's not the lesser or two evils, you're just voting for one evil over the other.
