Apparently the Iraq war had months of public relations work done beforehand, including US officials appearing at high-profile presentations in front of Congress and the UN. Approval for war in the US was around 70% by March of 2003.This time around, there is no real effort to build support. Just a shitload of keyword bots which deliver lines that sound downright AI. And which convince no one at all, by the way. There was no actual attempt to build public consensus prior to war.Why is that?
