Bushes former energy advisor says that Iran is going to shutdown the Straight of Hormuz and “A prolonged closure of the Strait of Hormuz is a guaranteed global recession."

Isn't this a politically bad thing for Trump, WOObros?

Uh, he was a figurehead for their religion and not really the government.

The VP is already in charge and it sounds like the straight is closed.

Doesn't higher gas prices also benefit the jews?
>>
>>529476101
Not really. Its a small amount of oil and its not like they can ramp up production to off-set Iran. Also, middle eastern oil is different from Venz so the refineries can't process it.

Trump really doesn’t give a shit anymore clearly. He knew and he gave a great SOTU purely to appease his base and try to minimize the blowback from this totally abyssmal decision done at the command of Pissrael. He’s totally fully shown his colors with this move. He exists to make Greater Israel, and pretend to fix the Democrats open borders just till another dem can come along and fuck that all up again. To say nothing about Epstein and how they aren’t arresting anyone with all the info they have. Any remaining Trump supporters here are just shills I’m convinced.

Oil companies are already pulling out of the straight. The disruption has begun.

>Iran has reportedly moved to restrict navigation along the world's most critical oil export route after major U.S. and Israeli strikes, stoking fears of a significant disruption to global energy markets.

>A European Union naval mission official told Reuters that vessels in the region are receiving marine radio warnings from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard instructing ships not to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

I don't know what Trump's exit plan is. The clearly no longer has his base to protect him from prosecution like they did in 2022 and 2023. When he loses the midterms, he'll be impeached and he'll spend the rest of his life in various blue state courtrooms until he dies, if he's lucky and makes it that far, which is not guaranteed. His family is also fucked too.

The only out I see for him and his family are them fleeing to Israel, but we know what happens when you trust jews, and those kikes will likely send his retarded ass back to appease the new liberal government.

That might've been true before the US became the #1 producer of oil in the fracking boom.

The US is projected to reach peak production in the next couple of years, that's why they're after canada and venezuela.

> When he loses the midterms, he'll be impeached

No way they'll get the 60 votes to convict. Dems winning that many senate seats is basically impossible.

Too many people are using puppet Trump to their advantage for him to get impeached. This dude stroked out last year. Hes full puppet now
>>
>>529476000
What exactly is stopping America from just forcing it open?
The US have proven that they can have your entire family killed or abduct you and send you to a maximum security facility to get raped by black guys forever and there's nothing you can do about it. We live in the age of LARP where people try to pretend it's a multipolar world when it's not.
>>
Recessions are usually caused by the central bankers. The central bankers make a currency more fake. After this, prices of everything go up and there is a recession.

>Bushes former energy advisor says that Iran is going to shutdown the Straight of Hormuz and “A prolonged closure of the Strait of Hormuz is a guaranteed global recession."
>Isn't this a politically bad thing for Trump, WOObros?

They probably want to because recession means money printers fire up to "Stimulate" the economy, I.E. inflationary policies that pump assets and then "trickles" down on us as piss wealth. But it also causes inflation, we're looking at a potential repeat of the 1970's style stagflation but this time around there's no Volker to slam rates high enough to stop inflation.

>In response to the escalating tensions, several oil companies and trading firms have paused shipments of crude oil and fuel through the waterway, Reuters reported, citing trading sources.

>The development follows large-scale strikes launched Saturday by the U.S. and Israel on Iran.

Not all those blips are ships carrying oil. Also, no time stamp on that. It could be from last year.

Fox News confirms that oil companies are already complying with the closure and are planning for it to be closed for a while.

>No way they'll get the 60 votes to convict. Dems winning that many senate seats is basically impossible.
All he has to do is become enough of a political liability that Rs vote to impeach and he was already pretty close the last time before he became the least popular president of the 21st century
>>
>>529478208
Sorry but that will never happen.

No president has ever been impeached AND convicted. R's won't pull that trigger. Trump could literally kill babies on live tv.

Trumps in till he dies or completes his term. He had a stroke last year and they didn't 25th him, instead they surrounded him with puppet masters and took advantage of it.
>>
>>529477616
Yes they will, they just have normal timelines a healthy government would plan around. The entire jewish capitalist system thinks in fiscal quarters. Stupid Amerigoys can't recognize longterm planning because they're high time-preference wiggers.
>>
>>529478088
It don't matter. The economy is already in the shitter for 99.99% of Americans. The oil crisis Trump and Netanyahu are causing will be the straw that breaks the camels back.
>>
>>529478153
You can prevent a technical recession through Government spending. Or allow it to happen then blame it on Iran, either way the fix is what all the bankers/asset rich want.
Moar QE and Moar Gov spending. This reduces THEIR debt burden as inflation eats it away since it's priced in dollars and keeps their assets propped up as those assets appreciate since the dollar loses value, but it ADDS to OUR burden as national debt plus inflation and most people only earn and save in dollars.

It's just another wealth transfer.

>Heavy ass shit that needs cracking to make light fractions and needs those raised prices to be profitable to extract, sets a price ceiling more than allowing the price to go unchanged
Indirectly threatening the various oil companies' investments in the middle east is a simultaneous incentive for the oil companies to start working the Venezuelan oil fields.
>>
>>529479607
American oil is sweet light, we sell it other countries to use for manufacturing.

American buys heavy crude, which all our refineries are setup to process, which we then burn as fuel.

You can't just switch from one to the other all willy nilly.

Such a big blow, an old man who barely able to walk or do much, is dead maybe a year or two before he would have died anyway.

The girls school was right next to an IRGC building, itself a violation of international law.

Were you as upset about civilians being killed when Iran killed more than 10,000 of them a month ago or do their lives not matter for some reason?
