Realistically you need to find a mission that you care more about, and for which you want to show up right for. I filled my day with work and gym. If I goon I lose sleep and don’t show up well for work, and I do care about my profession. So the gooning just naturally decreased less and less because I had less time for it and it was hurting something I cared about more. Determinism shows that you will always act out whatever you think is the highest good. so you must have a higher good
