I’ve always had serious doubts when it comes to Iran because every American or Israeli strike feels less like a tactical surprise and more like a form of programmed cell death. It is as if the establishment hands these leaders over on a silver platter, sacrificing them to facilitate a transition or a shift in control. It is hard to buy the idea that Khamenei couldn't have been protected in a country that vast, especially with entire mountain ranges hollowed out into bunkers hundreds of meters deep. They didn't exactly get caught off guard either since forces were being moved and positioned for days. It makes you wonder if Iran has its own deep state just like the US where the supreme leaders are mostly there to rally the public while the real power players decide when it is time for a change.

They will have to genocide all Iranians to end the feud, and that is precisely what the Israelis REALLY want to be doing. But they’ll clap like seals when these random leaders “get killed.” Wait a few years and we’ll see if they are even dead or not, and either way the Iranian people are obstinate against Israel.
