Immigration is the issue here and has been for a long time. This is not even up for debate.You have some schools over here that mostly consist of africans since they tend to move to the same areas in cities, that is almost dysfunctional when it comes to grades. So if you have one school that has X number of students that only gets Ds and Fs, and you have 4-5 other schools with the same amount of stutends where grades are way higher, the median becomes shit at the end of the day.
