Depending on the generation and worldview. The older generation fanatically votes for him. The younger generation doesn't really give a shit basically. Especially these days, when the entire opposition has collapsed and everyone has become disappointed in it, absolutely no one gives a shit about Putin, and people prefer to shit on certain politicians and government agencies, which is much more reasonable and effective.
