There are no other professional careers that are this immune to careless practice. Any normal civil engineer or medical doctor has to conduct themselves professionally and engage in a standard of practice that guarantees the safety and well being of the public. They are obligated to make correct judgements with the risk of receiving legal punishment if they make a bad decision. A judge in comparison is apparently allowed to make any ruling they want with literally zero legal repercussions. This is becoming ridiculous. At some point, somebody actually needs to be held responsible for the absurd level of destruction and fallout that feral niggers enact on the normal tax paying citizen.

It's a sprawling problem. In many of these jurisdictions the prosecution is also not pushing for much and the judges may have bail laws put upon them that preclude holding someone. There's also the issue of just not having enough room in the jails. The American system was built around the presumption that most people would be mostly good and justice wouldn't be needed that often. With medieval level IQs we'll probably have to go back to medieval level punishment.

There are so many laws and systems are so complex that there is nothing we can do. The most likely way forward is to organize as local communities, but that runs into trouble due to how much of everyday life such as food and water are controlled by international supply chains.
