He's objectively a failure as Secretary of State. I'm starting to see some people point this out. The job of the American SoS is mainly as the nation's chief negotiator. He is supposed to use his negotiation skills to resolve things like the Iran situation without embroiling the US into expensive wars.And he completely shat the bed at his job.
