If you guys could just get on board with pedophile rulers getting large sums of money for free, there would never be any war ever. Stupid idiots keep wanting justice and fairness. WHY?!?

Forever™

Probably about 14 days

Minimum 3 months because that how long its takes for all the supply shocks to propagate trough the system. Trump and his cronies are going to make billions off options trading.

Depends on the goals. If they want regime change, about 8 years. If they want Libya 2.0, 4-6 weeks.

Just like Venezuela, strategically sound to engage with, but what america accomplished was retarded just like what they are doing in iran.

Tbh amerilards should focus on Venezuela not iran. But yeah new grand strategy of the united states is 0 integrity and half ass everything

>Retarded just like Venezuela
Venezuela has been the only sensible response. There's a problem, kidnap the guy, problem solved. Literally the cheapest and most effective way to neuter said country.
>No integrity half ass everything
If we just don't invade they don't have massive casualties and resentment to justify a campaign against us. Blow up their leaders and let them pick new ones until we get one we like. It really is the only sensible strategy. No boots on the ground, all local governments are still functional so said countries don't do an anarchy or rape gangs.

>Minimum 3 months
More like one month if we're being generous. The world depends on the Gulf oil and while they can go on for a while without the strategic reserves start dwindling soon and once they're out -> global recession
>>
>>530007531
next 20 years
>>
>>530007531
Years if Trump is committed to it.
>>
>>530009395
Europe and asia depends on gulf oil. The americas get all their oil from the US and canada. The longer trump drags this out the stronger america actually gets from a geopolitical standpoint.
>>
>>530009202
But why risk soldiers lives in a dangerous and risky operation to take a leader alive when you can just drop a bomb? And wouldn't it be more effective if you supported the opposition rather than try and coopt the blatantly corrupt and hostile government? The Venezuelan government is pure nepotism and corruption. You would have to kidnap 200 people and thats not sustainable.

Kill the leadership since they weren't elected fairly and force an election. Get a new government that is friendly to the us.

No boots on the ground besides cia assets to track and purge the old government.

Right now you don't control the oil other than an embargo which lets you decide where its sold, doesn't allow you to reap the benefits or give the Venezuelan people self determination.
>>
>>530009992
>Why risk soldier's lives?
To take the top of their government hostage, who you can force to make statements and defuse his remaining loyal supporters, while also having the one guy in their entire country who has already been briefed in literally all intelligence information of said country
>Just support the opposition bro
Nah we'll just bomb and kidnap until they fix themselves. "Supporting the opposition" in a corrupt country just blows billions of dollars doing nothing, plus we also already do this in the form of propaganda anyway.
>You don't control the oil besides controlling the oil
Lmao fuck off.

Over all literally all of your complaints are just words and don't mean anything. You posted a lot of words but it's not like some big geopolitical knowledge dump, more like a woman crying. You don't know the cost / benefit stuff, you get emotional and say stuff like
>But why risk solider's lives!
When we risked like a handful of volunteer's lives to kidnap a sitting president, who cares, nigger. You don't even understand why we would do such an action, it's not fathomable to woman-brained people.
The single largest show of force of probably the next few decades - that we can just go in through air defenses of our enemies and kidnap a president alive with zero casualties - and you have to emotionally react like a woman about why we shouldn't have done it, or how we should use a bomb that would mean nothing and just bring retaliation.
>>
>>530010348
>Muh woman
You faggots did nothing but shit on international law and you don't control the oil or Venezuela at large.

>Intelligence
Lmao like there is intelligence worth acquiring

You failed at all the stated goals. Venezuelans are still suffering, the oil is still in their control and you achieved nothing but show the world how you are devoid of integrity and carelessly naive
>>
>>530007531
Until Iran is in total anarchy and Israel is the uncontested regional power. If Trump tried to walk away early Israel will simply escalate and Trump has never said been able to restrain them nor not come to their rescue.
>>
>>530011711
>International law
Woman post.
>Like there's intelligence worth acquiring
There is, literally the president's take on the best ways to subvert said country
>Muh integrity
Woman post.
>Oil
Already posted about this but now you're gonna post it again forever with no argument.
>Venezuelans still suffering
Yeah sure.

Overall zero information presented and 100% emotion presented.
>>
>>530011870
All you did was violate international law and show the world the united states is devoid of integrity.

>Woman posts
Integrity is not a female trait you absolute retard

You achived fucking nothing and its blatantly obvious

Don't care. I won't be fighting in any wars and this is what these retards get who signed up for the military. Biggest bunch of welfare queens in the country thought they were getting a free ride for life for going to the shooting range. News flash: Trump is sending your bitch ass to the middle east to die in some shit hole. No one thinks your a hero.
>>
>>530007531
The war might not be able to be turned off. You might have heard of Iran's Mosaic Defense Strategy. In this strategy the armed forces are broken up into 30+ individual groups, each capable of issuing their own orders. So the US/Israel no longer has to decapitate the Guards, Army, Air Force, and Navy, but perhaps innumerable sub-units of all of those.

So for instance... Why did Iran fly drones into Azerbaijan? Why did Iran fly drones into Oman? Why did they do this, why did they do that? Well, because a decentralized commander probably just decided to do it. A lot of the military are much more hardline than the political leaders. And these hardliner commanders are now able to issue their own orders without going through the chain of command.

This is why the strait of hormuz is both open and closed. The politicians in Iran say they haven't closed the strait. But on the ground, commanders are shooting up ships trying to cross.

Basically, the war might not be able to be turned off at this point.
