The innmates have absolutely zero privacy when they use the toilets. Men and women have had to use it, in full view. It's humiliating and degrading.

Eh... It's pretty bad when you realize the bulk of people are in there for what amounts to a civil outdated or missing paper work issue and not anything seen as directly criminal. Outside of the few who have already been deported and came back, even then that's just a misdemeanor. That gets you a humiliation style open shitter etc level of treatment?
