Beliefs have to be deeply held, a guiding force in someone life, and fixed. Someone who had no problem with their military service for years, whonhad no problem when we were preforming smaller stokes on the same target notnlong ago, who just up to weeks prior raised no objection and suddenly says they have a problem only now they may face deployment is gonna get laughed out of review before it even makes it to the board and is just painting a target on their own back as a liability and expendable.
