It comes down to how many interceptors does the US/Israel have, how fast can they replenish, vs how many missiles and launchers does Iran have and how fast can they replenish. If you lined up the militaries of both sides obviously Iran would lose, but that isn't how war works. The Iranian victory condition here is to cause enough damage for a long enough period of time that the political and economic damage for Trump is too severe to withstand and he chickens out. The US victory condition is to find and kill enough Iranian missile launchers that they can no longer make use of existing inventory. And unfortunately there is too much bullshit flooding in to know which is happening.
