He does have charisma. He can morph into whatever you like in a second. But I suspect this is because he is actually a complete vacuum, completely amoral. He’s a psychopath, and Biden is too. Trump is mentally deformed, but he makes no attempt to even hide it, and that strangely, makes him seem more ‘normal’
