That is bullshit from retards running low tech refineries like it is still 1960.

The highest octane numbers come from the heavy stuff now. To do this the refactory still has to be inside of a pressure vessel, which is ultra dangerous and makes lots of horrible pollutants, and also kind of expensive and high tech compared to the older way.

So it is just more cope from stupid fucking niggers that do not want to look at the numbers coming from SAGD bitumen.
