I knew a woman that went from office secretary, to personal assistant to the CEO (of a company with 300 people), to then "head of business development". She had no business degree, or degree at all. If you heard her talk for even 30 seconds you'd think: what an idiot, what a bimbo. Her "talent" was that she was 18 and attractive when she accepted the secretary job with the temp agency to earn some money. That's it. She was a total retard that the CEO refused to fire or demote from that role. Even after it cost him his marriage, he only spent more time with her and doubled down on it. And the CEO was a boomer who wanted something nice to look at, that's why he hired a secretary and made her his personal assistant. People complain about simps nowadays but the seeds of this were sown decades ago.
