Their were record numbers at protests against the war in Iraq (led by people across the political spectrum, back when the UK was way more white as well). It got a lot of legacy media coverage (at a time when 20 years ago legacy media had a lot of reach).What did it achieve? Did it stop Labour from getting re-elected? No. Did it even stop old Tone continuing in politics? No. The war continued for many years and the result is the exact same as if they protests hadn't happened.In a democracy, protests are just meant to be used like a release valve. The NPC retards that feel upset can go march and chant and let out their frustrations and feel like they're in charge and "doing something" and go back to their routine. It's about as effective as changing your bio to include an emoji to show your "support".Real change only comes from a counter elite, a very organised, well funded and tightly knit group.
