Why would IRGC declare their strategy before hand? Is it some type of poker move?
That's how war happens irl.It's all orchestrated and pre-planned.Men in smoky rooms make all the calculations in advance.How many will die, acceptable loss numbers, etc.That's just how all wars had been fought throughout history.
