How is it communism?.
I want the status of "being rich" to be a danger to ones health and safety.

Either the rich spend vast ammounts of money to not be killed by the poor (bribes) or they surround themselves with people of trust (that they have to pay).
The Police should not defend the rich and their property, doing so is too much socialism.
