It is disgusting and inhumane how humans are forcedfed in prisons. Based California and Florida ruled that it was an unconstitutional human rights violation.
>>530376340If you don't force feed, the relatives of the prisoners will often end up suing once a malnutrition diagnosis is on paper. It's 90% of the time a grift with an eventual lawsuit in mind and only 10% of the time the prisoner genuinely protesting something (or is just mentally ill and thinks he's protesting something)
>>530376340it is wrong, if you want to starve that's your right
>>530376443That's only under our current legal apparatus. We could literally restructure the laws so that you can sue the prison if they give the prisoners food and medical care. We can make it so if a prisoner wants to eat food and receive medical care, they get punished. That way we could punish the mentally ill people who want to live in prisons rather than die.
>>530376720You plan on starving out every prisoner?
>>530377107Start by making it so they have to work for food, or buy commissary. Make it very difficult to get food so overtime more starve out.In the middle ages this is how it worked. Prisoners were rare, most punishments were temporal (like public wipping or stocks), some indentured servitude, or you were dungeoned where you were expected to die within a few weeks most. Prisoners were just there to starve.
