The principle of neoliberalism is that markets markets markets everything is a market. Any job is permitted to exist, if there is a market for it, meaning one or more stupid cunts who is willing to pay. The overriding exception is legislation so "allow to exist" means "didn't explicitly outlaw", which is a slow and arcane process.
