Why are Shia muslims much less likely to be terrorists (I think correct defintion of terrorism should be strictly attacking civiliians)? I always thought the difference beetwen sunni's and shits was just rejection of authority kinda like protestants reject authority of the pope.
Do they have some laws against killing civilians? If so why sunni's don't have them?
