New satellite navigation interference was detected off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah starting at 15:00 UTC yesterday, and the pattern strongly suggests deliberate GPS spoofing rather than routine signal disruption.

Unlike standard jamming, which usually causes ships to cluster around a single false location or lose position entirely, this interference makes vessels appear to travel in a straight line toward the Strait of Hormuz even though they are not actually following that route. In other words, the ships are not moving through the Strait, but their transmitted positions are being manipulated to create that impression.

Playback analysis from MarineTraffic confirms the tracks are artificial. The reported vessel movements do not match real-time headings, surrounding traffic, or normal navigation behavior, showing that the apparent transit is the result of false positioning rather than genuine vessel activity.

This matters because spoofed tracks can create a misleading picture of traffic flows in one of the world’s most sensitive maritime chokepoints. False Strait of Hormuz crossings, fake port calls, and other distorted movement data can easily feed bad assumptions into shipping and energy market analysis if left unfiltered.

To address that, Kpler analysts have strengthened monitoring protocols to detect and remove distorted vessel data, helping ensure that market signals are based on actual ship movements rather than positions generated by deliberate navigation interference.

based?

usa claims navy escorted a tanker through
i could see them faking for market as easily as i could see it being real
>>
>>530393217
Ok but they're already shooting ships travelling through the strait. What does this accomplish?
>>

The energy secretary that claimed that just deleted his post

So looks like it

It’s so obvious the treasury is fucking with the market. They do the same shit in FX markets

>drop headline
>dump it

>3 AM g7 announcement: crude dumped True out it was a “hehe jk” moment

>Trump announced war is “almost completely over” yesterday close
Market closes: wars back on lol

>energy secretary says navy escorted a ship
>literally deleted the tweet 5 min later lol

At this point even the big boy energy analysts who know their shit are calling foul play. 85 oil with shut in production cut 6.5mbd alone??? We went to 120 from the fear of losing 3mbd from fucking russia

the american empire is literal smoke and mirrors it seems, a largely digital facade. reality is going to hit hard

I didn’t even mention the fed schizo who started the “they’re just turning off their transponder, bro” rumors

>>530395076
i still have not seen a single person post a US aligned vessel that was west of the strait and turned it off and reappeared on the east. nothing is passing the straight other than borderline derelict vessels aligned with iran/china
>>
>>530394262
lol. The navy is nowhere near the strait
>>
Aaaaaand Iran just mined the strait. Lol we're fucked

The level of dysfunction in the market is unprecedented.
God knows I want to go long leveraged on oil at these prices, because this shit is NOT over on top of being heavenly suppressed through obvious manipulation.
But what can you do when you're up against the powers that be and the treasury. It's asking ton get burned.
Huge opportunity to get rich, but at what risks and cost.

don't use leverage

How'd he do it?
>>
>>530393217
someone posted this theory hours ago and I asked for proof.
now we have proof.
>>
Btw this is probably why Iran started mining the strait of Hormuz. If people wanna sell oil at $85 a barrel in the most doomsday scenario any energy analyst could think of, more power to them

7mbd production offline
Strait of Hormuz being mined
Refusal to surrender

Yeah idk boss, that’s an easy $150/barrel after inflation
>>
>>530394283
Market watchers get fooled into thinking the straight is open and dont buy put options on oil futures (making the price go down)

Smart move by the Persians desu
