I'm old.
The Vietnam war started just before a I was born, and by the time it ended, I just missed being drafted. Up until I was 18, it looked like my life was just to take a bullet in some stupid war on the other side of the planet when there were loads of commies that needed to be shot right here in the USA.
Seems the USA is always at war.
So, what's it like living in a country that isn't always at war? Like the Netherlands, or Germany. What's it like when your military is totally pussified and turned into a social club, to get free education because you're not taxed to death for the MIC and constant wars. To not be the "ugly american", to not have stupid slavs spewing their "every American" garbage. To have a youth where you figure you end up in a box when you're 19 like you were disposable.
And then this President Bone spurs and his insufferable troop of liars they call a cabinet...
Just wondering what it's like to have grown up knowing you had a future.
