True global elite are basically like theater actors producing elaborate puzzle/riddle cults and our world's politics and societies being effected by it is a side-effect rather than the goal which is like creating a form of art, just on such a high level it actually manipulates and affects our politicians and religious leaders passively. Most of the people who control our world probably have nothing to do with it on a significant individual level or as a group making decisions, and because of that there's no unified order or organization to fight or combat and it is something eternal and natural in an art-making species. I noticed this as my own art and fake cults and ARGs started having real world outcomes. I was also involved with Cicada and it's exactly like this.
