The amount of people who know someone there that can hook up a solar rig for you compared to the US is fantastic. Any project, any job, you can ask the Germans and be treated to an extremely intelligent man that knows his shit, professional, white collar dressed yet doing doing blue collar work with solar rigs. Life changing experience. I don't know about their wind stuff, but it's probably similar.
