If the name were feminine it would be THVH. The letter Y at the start if his name is the third person masculine singular pronoun: Him. This means that Biblical God of Israel is masculine. He uses the the pronoun HVA (pronounced hoo) in the Bible.The name YHVH means: He Be (causative). Or He am (causative). Meaning "He will cause to be"or "He is the cause of being". Being itself.
