When I was a kid I was bored all the damn time. When I was a teenager and later in my early to late 20s living in an apartment, I spent 95% of my free time doing whatever the fuck I wanted. Nowadays, I have 1.5 to 2 hours of free time a day and spend it laying on the couch because I'm tired. So yeah, when you have no time to do what you want to do, it feels like there's no time for anything. It's not even that the days feel short - days spent doing menial shit that needs done but you don't particularly enjoy feel long and you don't tend to form a ton of memories of them because it's all boring routine shit - but that's overshadowed in your mind by "omg there's no time for fun at all".The other thing is - if I sit down and focus, a second still feels the exact same it did when I was 8.The people who push the "time is faster now harhar" are retards with no capability for introspection.
