What an odd thing to say. It actually lines up quite well with what the MAC published a while back (MENA immigration costs about ~600k over their lifetimes compared to native and European immigration). Turns out the third world can't offer much to a 21st century service economy. Who could have guessed.
>>
>>530527514
Yeah hearing stuff like this is why I didn't jump on the Restore train, sometimes R Lowe say epic 'n' based things about about whites becoming a minority and that legal immigration is a problem and millions need to go etc, but then whenever he gets pushed on it in a discussion he only talks about illegal immigrants and foreign criminals

>>
>>530528051
That’s because X Lowe is not real life Lowe. He does not run his own account and probably has no idea what others are posting on his behalf, hence the contradiction whenever he’s interviewed. Lowe is basically the boomer mascot of a ‘party’ being run by terminally online Tory twinks. The contradictions will only get worse as the party ages.

I then addressed the substance of your lame argument by showing you that you are a liar and that Rupert Lowe was on record for saying he would deport whole communities including people not convicted of any crime but who were alleged to be part of the cover up. He is now no longer saying he will deport those people.

>Anyone involved in the rape gangs, including knowing about but not reporting it (ie. covering it up) will be deported. If you have dual citizenship, your British citizenship will be revoked and you will be deported.
One is an unequivocal sentence, the other isn't. There is a difference, and that difference is very important. As much as I might want him to deport entire communities, he isn't going to do that. But if you're involved in a crime and have dual citizenship, you're on the block. Nothing he said in that (I assume selective) quote contradicts anything else he's said.

They haven't published an updated number of members in a while, I wouldn't be suprised to find they've haemorrhaged members like they've haemorrhaged vote share. And for their big corpo donors, why would they donate to a dying party? Maybe they will be back, but they're going to spend a few years in the wilderness first.

>The Home Office has refused to disclose how many failed asylum seeker families have snapped up Shabana Mahmood’s offer of up to £40,000 to leave Britain voluntarily.
>A new pilot scheme unveiled last Thursday offers families with no right to be in this country lump sums of £10,000 a head for up to four people if they agree to go.
>The Home Office has already told 150 families they are entitled to apply for the cash.
>They were given a seven day deadline – which had been due to expire at midnight tonight - to accept or lose the offer forever.
>But a Home Office spokesman refused to reveal how many families so far had opted for the cash bonanza by 6pm this evening, with just a few hours to go before the original cut-off.
>'We are not going to be giving a running commentary on the offers that have been made,' the spokesman said.
>The deadline for applying is now the end of Thursday, they added, eight days after it was launched.
>The programme could be expanded to thousands more families if ministers deem it to be a success, Home Office sources have indicated.
>It is significantly more generous than existing voluntary returns schemes, currently capped at £3,000.
>Home Secretary Ms Mahmood sanctioned the huge pay-outs in a bid to save even larger sums currently being spent on keeping the families in migrant hotels and other types of accommodation.
>It currently costs an average of £158,000 a year to support a family of failed asylum seekers and by paying them to go home the taxpayer will save money in the long run, the Government argues.
>The scheme will only apply to people whose home countries are deemed safe - leading critics to question why they needed to be paid to leave Britain.
>Each family has had asylum claims rejected by the Home Office and then exhausted the appeals process in the courts.
>The £10,000 per head sum could be increased - or lowered - depending on take-up of the pilot scheme, officials have indicated.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where "feed" and "seed" both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Feeduck and Seeduck".

All the attacks on the cargo ships in the Strait of Hormuz were caused by British special forces under covert operations approved and spearheaded by the Labour government. Why? Because it causes panic in the market and causes everything to rise. Shopping gets expensive, travelling gets expensive, mortgages get expensive. What’s in it for Labour? A convenient excuse for their fuck ups since coming into power back in 2024 which were all caused by their shitty government policies. If it’s not the fault of the 14 years of the previous government, if it’s not the fault of far-right parties, it’s the fault of someone else.

Get simcity players to do it. At least when they build a new housing estate, they make sure it has all the infrastructure to go with it like schools, hospitals and police stations. Not to mention road connections that won't be traffic logged by all the new cars. Oh, and they also only build that new housing estate when there are jobs and more people are actually needed.

>best houses were made in 50s and 70s
Yeah but they don't want people to be happy. And houses need to be cheaply made to slip under the outrageous house prices forced up by the very people who grew up in those nice houses in the 50s and 70s.

I am furious that they've scrapped hereditary peers in the House of Lords
We don't need to optimise the Lords for representation or fairness. We need to optimise it for speed.
Sure it hereditary peers are undeserved but they (I presume) don't align themselves with parties that much, so they shrink the effect of partisan lords who filibuster to waste time and slow down legislation. If we analogise the House of Lords to your intestines, subject experts good bacteria, political appointmnets are bad bacteria, and hereditary peers are neutral bacteria.
Delaying legislation for no good reason for months on end is an infinitely worse than anything a hereditary peer could do.
The issue is in fact the political peers who are recently flooding the Lords. Damn politicians screwing up a system, and then using that as casus belli to 'fix' it.

I do not trust modern day politicians to touch the way government operates. They lack the idealism and vision that would motivate them to even attempt to make a system that does us good for centuries on.
Parliament has worked alright for hundreds of years. It could be far far worse (see US legislature). We'll probably make it worse by touching it. So don't touch it.

They are shortsighted politicians, none of them think beyond the length of their career.

More or less. Depending on state of course.
It worked too because we weren't drowning in a sea of low impulse browns.

These kind of stories actually made me mostly abandon free speech principle, after repealing equality act the right should pass "biological and ethnic integrity act" and create agencies to harass anti-white and pro-migration "civil society" orgs

We rank very high on freedoms and low on corruption. According to those international ratings, we are still one of the paragons of freedom, fairness and good sense.

IPSO isn't the state, it's self-regulatory. And given they've still not implemented all of the Leveson Report (despite the state really pushing for it) I think it's fair to say that the state _probably_ didn't lean on them to do it.

Because its a drop in the ocean when billionaires refuse to pay tax and are ripping you off. Thats where the anger needs to be directed but you point fingers at a brown doctor because his skin colour upsets you

I'm quite curious about our pre-1997 rot. Yes migration was always an unforgivable error and Powell was completely correct but we weren't swamped even in the early 2000s and yet shit had changed - the erosion of community and all that. I have yet to hit upon the key decisions that kept changing what we were for the worse. I have a feeling Atlee and Thatcher for the 20th century pre-Blair - but such discussions get bogged down in blue team red team bullshit instead of treating the Tories and Labour like a chimera. Like privatisation, that conversation gets bogged down in fucking TORY GREED bs rather than a more detached analysis and viewing red team and blue team carrying each other's water a lot of the time (i.e. first privatisation move started under Labour, Tory foray into it initially to fund telecom budding industry rather than ideological). Christ, we can see this shit recently about how Labour went in hard over the OSA but it was first a Tory brainchild

>Complicity is being complicit in something.
>To be complicit is to be associated with or participating in a crime
That is called " conspiracy " and is already a crime to dHowever as stated multiple because you're thick as pig shit that does NOT extend to failure to report a crime or suspicion.

If I see sexual abuse happening today and I don't report it to the police that is not a crime. In France it is. Not in the UK. It is not Restore policy to change this. You can talk about " mandates " whatever that means as much as you like. It is not official policy and R Lowe is clearly stepping back from these type of ideas.

The one sensible check on free speech is = not allowed when there is forrin involvement. And of course that becomes all the more complicated because we have spread our arse cheeks for the globally rich for so long

I reckon it started with Thatcher. Selling off industry crippled entire communities that relied on all working in the same place. Coming down heavy on the unions further crushed those communities and prevented them rebuilding anything.

>Anon, just move on, you're wrong
>its not illegal just make retroactively illegal, a power that parliament has. But, for whatever reason, because Lowe hasn't said a very specific sentence, you're claiming that it either won't or can't happen.

No mong I'm saying Rupert Lowe has not said anything about doing this so at the moment it is wishful thinking. You're basing your argument on a future hypothetical state. Mine is based on reality. It is unfortunate how many idiots like you are online. Waffling on making these stupid arguments. Show me something tangible. An actual policy until then you have nothing but some vague "mandate"

Holy shit, you really are suffering from LDS. Okay anon, you win. You were right all along, the fact that Lowe hasn't posted on twitter
>We're going to enact retroactive legislation to ensure that we can deport people complicit in the rape gangs
Means that it either can't or wont happen. The fact that he keeps saying, and said just a couple of weeks ago, that he wants to deport every single person he can that was even tangentially involved in the rape gangs means literally fucking nothing. He's going to turn up in parliament and be told that "you need to pass retroactive legislation to be able to do that" and will then just collapse into a heap on the floor, likely crying.

Was just about to sign up to Restore Britain but the website says they'll share your personal info with their local organisers. Don't like the sound of that desu. Will just buy some merch instead.

Thatcher and her free market policies really fucked the country over. It just fucks over your own working class in the long run.
You can't expect people in this country to complete long term with places like india and the like for low skilled work. The difference in economies is just too vast.
A certain degree of protectionism is required to prevent companies from just off shoring to there.
That's just the foundation of the problem of course, there are other knock on affects like how vulnerable it makes us in times of crisis etc.
