Then you just have to bake a fresh 1lb loaf of bread each morning and you are good to go. 1lb of bread, a 1lb of meat, and a whole mess of veggies can be eaten throughout the day as a series of smaller meals or one gluttonous feast.Personally I wouldn't pay more than $7/lb for eye of round roast even with the current inflation.
