>>530928052Basically the new version of DLSS (AI-based anti-aliasing) changes how how lighting is applied to the texture. The quickest, dirtiest, still wrong but enough to get by : The textures and wireframe already supported it looking like that, but making it look like that is expensive as fuck. Conversely, it's much cheaper if dipshit AI does it. So you gain some frametime lag, but the AI can then fix lighting to work much closer to reality.

She’s the most believable female character in any game recently, and yes she still “wins” in the end but even that’s mostly because Leon helps her. She never has some girl boss moment of bullshit.
