Anybody read the Nightjack blog from ~2008?Happened upon it the other night, you can still find the articles on wayback. Interesting stuff, though I can't understand how it won an Orwell Prize. Short blog entries, well-written. Started reading the Winston Smith ones written by a social services employee now, written around the same time. It's mostly about chavs, the underclass, soft policing, dole scroungers etc. Never hear about that kind of thing these days.
