Finlands research university of biological diseases asks crowd to send them ticks packaged into plastic wrap which is then put into a letter and sent by mail to the university mailbox

They give 1 euro per tick, up to 100 euros max for one person. But you must pay the initial stamp for sending the letter by yourself.

https://www.voice.fi/ilmiot/punkit-tulevat-taas-yliopisto-pyytaa-kansalaisilta-puutiaisia-postitse

University claims they want to monitor the diseases the ticks are carrying. Sender must give detailed info on the letter about where the ticks exactly were collected from.

Live ticks are preferred but recently deceased are fine too since they will retain agents of disease for about a week even once dead.

It depends on were they crawl around from. Different people have different levels of sensitivity all over their bodies, so some people might feel them on the leg and others feel them on the shoulder, etc. Ticks however both cling onto people from the tops of grasses and also drop down on people from tree branches, so they try all angles of attack.

>>530957509
They're probably worried that the various sicknesses that are in American ticks have started to spread to Europe. Ticks carry rabbit fever which basically fucks up your immune system like HIV.

Alpha Gal syndrome is a tick induced allergy to red meat, dairy products and a slew of additives to food that will at the least make you painfully sick - and at the worst, anaphylactic shock and death.

>"Why is alpha-gal on the rise? Could it be increased awareness? The number of people on the planet? Or could it be the earth’s way of telling us to focus on climate
>change? With increasing temperatures, the tick population is rapidly increasing and the number of cases of alpha-gal syndrome rising. Cattle raising produces large
>amounts of greenhouse gases. Is this nature’s way of controlling how much red meat is produced and consumed on the planet? A little food for thought."

Want to go back to eating meat and dairy, goy? Take the nano shot. It's safe and effective.

Checked. AI says bark beetle, woodworm or borer. Also yeah sometimes it seems like it's all purpose and not stupidity. Either way this has to end. Can't shoot moose despite them starting to become an active hazard with numbers growing literally exponentially. Fox furs aren't fashionable so of course their population spiraled out of control and reduced small game to almost extinction levels. Even EU as a whole started doing dumb shit like banning imports of African game including from countries were numbers are large enough that tourist hunting is a profitable industry. Oh yeah and we can't shoot the poor defenseless wolves here either and casualties from wolves are being ignored in favour of ruling everything a suicide. These people are an actual threat to the nation and somehow not seen as traitors.

7-8 years ago I came back home after a rave/camp in the mountains, we were there for a week. When I got home I was exhausted and went to sleep without showering. I woke up around 5-6 in the morning cause I felt an itch on my leg, I scratched it because I thought it was a scab/wound from the all the camping. As i tried to peel the "scab" I felt it move so I jumped up and there it was on my bed a little TICK fucker. I took a piece of paper and wrapped it, went on the internet to check if it was a tick and it was.

I feel lucky because if I hadn't woken up this little nigga would have feasted on my blood and I would probably be allergic to meat which is scary.

The hunting culture is pretty good here too, imo. The accident rate is low and it's gatekept somewhat but the media is blowing everything out of proportion including blaming things the Ecology minister caused on hunters which should explain a lot. We can still hunt quite a lot of other stuff in decent quantities. In fact if they allow hunting moose it's basically a legal requirement that someone does in fact do it and those straw legged bints can weigh close to a ton, which I don't know how I'd drag out of the woods. How do you guys do it?

I feel a tick in my head and he's sucking on my head

I tried to get rid of my plague but I left some of his leg
And he grew back pretty quick so I stabbed the little prick
But now I cut my head, in the morning I'll be dead
But even after still he'll find someone to kill
That I'll get you, I'll burn you, I'll crush you, I'll flush you

The reason people don't feel ticks is because they are working, sweating, moving, all these things distract you and you don't notice them.

Pants are counter productive to ticks too. Shorts are better defense because you can feel them walking up your legs. Wearing pants makes its so it's harder to detect them.

Ticks don't go on trees, that is common myth. They climb up your pants and enter your body at the waist, if they can't find entrance to skin at the waist they will keep climbing until they reach your neck. Finding neck ticks makes people think they fell on them from the trees.

>Did you know its impossible to be allergic to human flesh.
Not sure what this has to do with AGS, but humans don't carry the galactose-α-1,3-galactose molecule - and so aren't allergic to human meat (who would want to eat human flesh, anyhow?). All mammals carry the molecule EXCEPT humans and great apes. Makes for an excellent bio-weapon for that reason.

"Alpha-gal is a molecule (galactose-α-1,3-galactose) that is naturally produced in the bodies of most mammals but not in people. It is also found in the saliva (spit) of some ticks."

>Where did Lyme even come from?
Less noticed has been
Kennedy’s promotion of a the-
ory close to Long Island: Was
Lyme disease developed at a
government lab on Plum Is-
land, which sits a mile off the
North Fork?
On his podcast in early 2024,
Kennedy said it was “highly
likely” Lyme disease was devel-
oped as a military bioweapon
on Plum Island. At his January
confirmation hearings in the
Senate, Kennedy didn’t back
down from the comment. The
next day he noted he never
“definitively” said it was cre-
ated as a bioweapon, but
pointed to three books that sug-
gested the possibility.

First paragraph is OK but that's clearly around 1/10th the width of a finger. That's an adult tick or almost adult. Moving around I don't feel them but if I stay still playing vidya or something it's easy to pick out. Easy enough to confuse with clothes bunching up and brushing against your skin but once I pulled a tick off my nuts I developed the habit of checking every weird itch out.

Unlike dogs, hedgehogs are surprisingly picky. That's unlikely they will eat ivermectin, even if mixed with other food. Plus I have no idea if they can handle it. Better safe than sorry.

On my experience they only grow about a third of their size again when feeding, then detach themselves. I think it's the only way ticks manage to feed on us humans and survive to the next generation, explaining why they keep fucking doing it.

I'm shortsighted which is like wearing magnifying glasses 24/7, and man do I feel like a /x/chizo when talking about the these little fuckers.

Even ticks? They're like the ultimate camper. They can sit on a straw on grass for literal days until something walks close enough that it can tag along. If they don't move, would an animal even notice them?
They're expecting an increase this summer here, so they're planning for it but we won't know until it gets warmer.
Last summer was pretty calm in the tick front but they could come back with a vengeance I guess then.
True, they were more even before. You caught a few while in the wild, some you caught before they even bit you and some you noticed the day after and had to pull them off.
But now it seems to sway up and down a lot more then before. Some years are calm and some are bug city

They are trying to weaponize alpha-gal syndrome (causing fatal red meat allergy) and create different dispersion methods for it. For now this includes attempting to transmit it from lone star ticks to other species which will massively increase the incidence of it on its own. Eventually they will make it foodborne, waterborne, airborne, everything. The only catch is that it has to be containable enough to not also infect our jewish overlords because if they're afflicted by this red meat allergy they won't be able to eat goy children anymore.

That alone leads me to think that this the meat allergy is not manifactured or spread.
They are capable and willing of committing genocide, and have done so with the covid shots, but they are cowards. It has to remain controllable.
Destroying food, water and air would make it impossible to avoid. Perhaps they think they have a card up their sleeve, they're such stupid mongrels they constantly fall for their own bullshit.
So far, the meat allergy or what you call it seems extremely rare.
