It's not that, they were busy doing two things:

1. Sending cash planes ro iran.
2. Weakening US so when they went to war it would not be able to stop sacrifice of Israel (albert pike letter wwiii...), destruction of all religions and total war resulting in death of billions including Superpowers to then create a new new world order.
