>>531183851The problem are too many people. We are at a point when we don’t need nearly as much labour. Everything can be factory produced with next to no supervision, and we have tons of futuristic tech that just does not get build because it’s too expensive to make compared to just maintaining old alternative. In addition things that can’t be improved are enshitified to the point if breaking after a year of purchase, planned obsolescence is now not a suspicion but something everyone accepted as fact of reality. Simply having less people would allow us to spend more energy per person on all of this sci fi tech.
