If they provide services that are either de facto necessary for living (banking, telecoms, healthcare) or for the exercise of constitutional rights (the internet is the new public square so organized deplatforming is effectively a restriction on freedom of expression) then yes, there should be a mechanism by which you can sue them if you can prove that it's being done for political reasons
