Americans are failing to pay their student loans. Not just 'on time,' but at all. Millions have simply quit paying, and are not even trying to pay. Trump threatened to re-start garnishments and liens, but he has cucked out so far. What should be done to force them to pay debnts?

Something as simple as putting universities on the hook for defaulted loan debt.
