In fact, their missiles seem to be more basic, and the only thing they have is a large number of them, of which only a fraction are cruise missiles and a vast majority are relatively dumb ballistic missiles. Their arsenal seems to be mostly useful for what they've been using them for: saturation bombardment of civilian targets.
