>$5000/month for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 340 sq ft shack
how am I supposed to buy a house, stop living with my parents, and raise a family?
>>
>>531228115

That’s the point.

You are currently alive during the culling process. This whole Iran thing is just a screen. There is no “good vs bad”. Iran is in on it. This is manufactured conflict. To destroy the fuel/oil/fertilizer plants. A WORLD-WIDE FAMINE IS IN THE WORKS. This whole “war” was the cover. Bomb all the supply lines. Intentionally disrupt the flow of fertilizer. All the ingredients for a FAMINE the likes the world has never seen. Why? Agenda 2030. A mass culling. Kill off the useless eaters. Don’t believe me? That’s fine. But ask yourself. Continue going down this path. What will things look like 1 year from now?

"Stop buying things, work 80 hours per week, and take out a lifetime mortgage chud". Straight out of the trump jewish playbook

>how am I supposed to buy a house, stop living with my parents, and raise a family?
You aren't supposed to. Years ago, Bill Gates was complaining about overpopulation. Now, you don't hear him complaining anymore. Why? Because he probably realized that life will become more and more unaffordable to live which will lead to people choosing or being unable to start families. If less people start families, then naturally people will reproduce less which leads to a decline in population. There are too many people on the planet, and the government cannot help us.

>>531228115
>house
You could just steal the whole thing and put it somewhere nicer.

My grandmother and grandfather owned a home in Newport, RI 5th ward for $12,000 in 1959. Today the same house is still there and it is worth 1 million dollars.

Rhode Island is overpopulated. It has the same population as Delaware despite being half the size. You can get a 3,000 sqft house in Delaware for $500k.

If he wants it bad enough he can work harder, or be a criminal idc namefag.

>>
>>531228115
I'm from East Greenwich. 5k isn't the norm for single bedroom in southern RI.

More like 1k-2k.
Which is still insanly high.

Honestly if you can work grind with the parents just do that.

The idea of moving out of your parents house is a largely a post WWII concept, in thanks to the conomic boom.
>>
>>531228115
You can tell it’s literally close to a beach

You are paying for the location.
>>
>>531228174
You are right.
They are manufacturing famine.
>>
>>531228115

Rhode Island is expensive just like Delaware. Don't live in New England if you can't afford it.

>The idea of moving out of your parents house is a largely a post WWII concept, in thanks to the conomic boom.

People were able to move out and get out of their parents house in the 80s and 90s just fine as well as the mid 2000s. Post 2008 things went to shit and now housing is impossible to afford for millennials and Gen Z. Im gonna be renting for the rest of my life.

>You can get a 3,000 sqft house in Delaware for $500k.

Yeah but your in Delaware, which is as shithole with no jobs.

This is what drives me crazy. These older parents selling their homes after junior leaves for college, then junior not having the money to buy a new house. Or going into insane loan agreements. Because we aren't living in the 1960s any more, and shit isnt cheap the same way it was when mom and dad were around.
How is generational wealth not a common sense approach?
>>
>>531228586
>There are too many people on the planet, and the government cannot help us.
except the ponzi scheme of keeping stock prices up and gdp increasing relies on a growing population, hence, the need to import from large populations like china and india.
You're all screwed either way

Usually people buy houses in new states when they already have a job lined up. No one just moves to a new state, buys a house, then crosses their fingers.
>>
Long long time ago they made trailer parks to avoid this. Do those still exists or are they all removed in the "zoning plans"?
>>
>>531229677

Not everyone is lucky to have jobs lined up like that before moving or relocating. Sometimes you have to wing it in life if you want to live somewhere better.

I moved from Oregon to Ohio and I love Ohio and its highly underated.

Why must you spew this vile antisemitism?
>>
>>531229418
What were pre-2008 prices?

I was living in Boston in 2013 for 550. It was a townhouse, we were packed in like sardines.
>>
>>531229706
They exist but they also cost a fortune and your lot lease might as well be a rental, on top of everything else.
>>
>>531229796
What are you talking about? No one just moves to some unknown city and buys a house on a whim.
>>
>>531228445
it's not the building, it's the land
>rhode island
>shore rd
>micro house
it's literally a beach side property investment, it's not a starter home.

only thing you are going to enjoy is a man's big throbbing rod up your butt.

Yeah, but not anywhere where you'd wake up to the Ocean air, and your vehicles rusting out completely in several years.
>>
>>531229963

I didnt buy a house, I rent apartments only. Fuck buying homes imagine getting a 15-20 year mortgage on a house that you can't sell in this housing market.
>>
>>531228115
Imagine being able to afford a $725,000 home and deciding to live in Rhode Island.
>>
>>531228115
with what math would that be 5k per month?
thats 60k per year, are interest rates 10% now?
>>
>>531228392
>responding to a bot
Fuck off outta here you fuckin retard.
>>
>>531230020
>I didnt buy a house, I rent apartments only
Exactly. You don't buy a house until you're settled and already have a job. So what was your objection?
>>
>>531228115
>Shore Rd.
Maybe find something in town where all the other leftist losers whine on the Internet? Maybe where indie bands hang out in lofts and pretend they don't really want to have success?
>>
>>531229904

I have no idea how new england housing prices are I did research originally wanting to move to Boston before I settled on Cincinnati. Boston is as expensive as San Diego. 3-4 grand per month to live alone.
>>
>>531230164
>leftist losers
The people who live in Narragansett, Rhode Island are probably mostly heirs and people with government contracts. Larry David kind of people live there
>>
>>531229341
700k for waterfront home in an all white town is not expensive not at all it’s actually a good deal
>>
>>531230331

Who has 700 grand to spend on a house? Are you rich or something? Everyone I know is broke as shit and cant afford housing in Oregon thats why I moved.
>>
>>531229706
now they do condos.
all of the negatives of trailer parks, but more expensive and goy pilled.
>>
>>531228115

There is no way that is physically 1630 sq ft. That thing is 15' x 25'

1630 sq ft is not a 1bed 1bath. Especially where not with those dimensions. If it really was 1630 sq ft and 1bed 1bath it would be the size of a barn, and probably be a barn
