The obsession with Qatar is very counterproductive given that Iran and Qatar mended ties after Qatar was blockaded by the rest of the Gulf Arabs in 2017 following a failed invasion and regime change attempt by KSA and UAE and their Bahrain and Egyptian junta allies. Qatar also ended it's war on Yemen that year since the coalition kicked them out.At the same time, Iran continues to ignore Jordan which is the spine of the US' regional wars of aggression and occupation.Bahrain and Jordan should be the focus of Iran's wrath. Qatar has a strategic ally in Turkey, which also has a military base there. Turkiye and Iran are who saved Qatar in 2017 by immediately flying in supplies, rendering the blockade a failure.
