To be fair Assyrians, Kurds, Phoenicians, Native Egyptians, Berbers etc became entirely Arabized because they didnt think their culture was worth preserving. Islam is the perfect religion if you want to have some level of control over your woman and this is your main concern to keep the small world of yours intact. It is not true imho but it does a favorable installment of men within society. Western Christianity doesn't do that, all it does nowadays is attempt to shame men into worse and worse deals. The question is whether Islam errodes over time in the firmness of its values like the Western Christianity did.
