Does anyone have a real read on how much damage has actually been done by Iran to the oil and gas infrastructure? I don't even think this includes everything on this map. This is kind of bad. It may be worse than the Ukraine War for energy prices. In this case we've actually destroyed production capacity. Anyone have a dollar figure ? Or how much it will affect production presuming the war ended say tomorrow. I have heard estimates like the following, before the conflict the middle east around the gulf exported 18-20 million barrels a day. If the fighting stopped today they could maybe do 6-8 million and likely could bring that number up to 10 million after about six months of repairs. These are of course jusr estimates.
