They basically use your pay to cover their bills, won't fix things ib the place, and make up damages on the way out. So get back like I did. Stop paying. They will have to pay because they cannot shut off your utilities. They cannot evict you, they have to wait until they haven't been paid a few times then file tor eviction which takes months. They cannot change the locks. Stay as long as you want for free, then leave whenever without telling them. And be sure to toss the keys into a lake. If you're pretty you can damage everything in there too, take items and resell it, leave eggs to rot in the walls. There is nothing they can do, people don't know the law in their countries and landlords abuse this. Squatting is such s problem some countries resorted to hiring gangs to get them out.
