This war in Iran has now escalated into a global energy crisis.Natural gas, oil, and even damn fertilizer prices are skyrocketing. All of this clearly reminds everyone that we need a sustainable, affordable, and safer energy supply.Solar panels and electric vehicles are a great choice. They can save you a lot of money. This is especially true for Australia. Most of the country is arid desert, completely uninhabited. Australia has abundant mineral resources but lacks oil. The sunlight is extremely intense, making it ideal for solar power generation.
>>531266101The joke is that the previous owner of the store is called Chuck so if you replace "Sneed" with "Chuck" you get "Chuck's Feed & Seed".
>>531266101I'll be dead and in the ground before I shamefully buy a faggy EV out of financial responsibility
>>531266101Horse.
The economics of car usage will change as fuel prices rise.Governments need to incentivize owning two cars.Petrol for long range and electric for local
>>531266101We have enough lng, lithium and uranium to power the world. Taxis ran on gas for decades and many tightarses converted their cars from petrol to gas. Ford even offered a factory gas option for the falcon. If we needed petrol we could just trade for it. Our politicians are traitors though, and have sold us out.
>>531266101I have an electric motorbike, considering an EV car as well in the near future.I have a diesel truck atm which at least can run on ethanol produced domestically
>>531266101Albertan here
>>531266172Give this man the merican military is the only one who understands this war
>>531266101I already have solar panels my energy cost are zero. I still need to get a china heat pump but this will still be cheaper then the cumulative gas prices for the next 5 years
>>531266101> EV is 40k> solar panels are 5k> + 5k for battery > + a new roof if you haven't kept up which is easily 30k itselfspending over 80k to save for 40% higher oil is retarded.
>>531267121It's a hobby. If you have access to land and shitty water (even salt water) then in Australia for the cost of one nice car you could become completely self sufficient for decades at high comfort. Like all hobbies, you can make way more money waging, but there are worse hobbies.
You need about twice of what is pictured to power 2 cars and a house. Otherwise if you're charging two electric cars, you will be bursting in rage when you see your electric bill is $800/month minimum and bursting up to $1500 in the worst part of the year.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnDIcQ-my7QWith solar panels, take what the professional thinks you need and DOUBLE IT, he's being conservative because you don't use all-electric heating and use oil and doesn't know about the outlandish draw of an electric car.All Electric Water heater needs 15 full size panels just for that. All electric heating needs another 15. The Two cars are going to need 20 full size panels and 8 more for the rest. These solar panels are losing favor with people because they're so limp and weak compared to fossil fuels. Internal Combusion is a bomb in a box relative to solar. The man selling you solarpanels is half-quoting you on what you really need with solar because he doesn't want you to be furious that the grid is never gonna pay you a dime if you go over. But he doesn't know that you can make all electric home heating, all electric water heating, and all-electric vehicles. All that on a full size house, you need to cover the whole roof, every square inch, and have a supplemental Panel on the ground like this. This, plus the whole roof will do you for all of that.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TC4M2QqTBDU
>yeah bro just drop over 100k to save money
>>531267361>All Electric Water heater needs 15 full size panels just for that.Heat pump boilers are very cheap nowadays. No need to operate at COP 1.
>>531266101solar on its own is extraordinarily high IQ which is, of course, why the average retard hates it.
>antisemitism score reaches critical levels>ZOG turns your car off
Nope.Worst case scenario, I will make a chukulu, or whatever it's called in Africa. I will Not complain about gas prices, or shortages, not as long as pisslamics are getting their shit kicked in tyvm.
>>531267361The grid not paying you is just the electric companies scamming the people and nothing else, also twice as that in solar panels is really not that much unless they scam you in the solar panels as well
>>531266379you mean... a hybrid?
What's the best way to vandalize a neighbour's solar panel on his roof?Asking for a friend you don't know.
>>531267361>All Electric Water heater needs 15 full size panels just for that. All electric heating needs another 15. The Two cars are going to need 20 full size panels and 8 more for the rest. you're constructing a scenario where you're using "non grid tie" math without a battery system. yes, it's true that you need 15 x 500W panels to power a 7.5 kW water heater. but it's also a mentally retarded argument, because anyone with an IQ over 65 chooses between these two scenarios>grid tie with optional batteries>non grid tie with mandatory batteriesthis is in addition to what this anon >>531267475 suggested.
>>531266101Yeah I'll just plop some solar panels onto the HOUSE that I own and I'll install a charger inside the GARAGE that I own. Oh wait I forgot the jews made owning a house with a garage impossible for single men. Guess I'll just have to stick with gasoline.

>>531267339we solved the gas problem in our town by everyone paying for a big biogas plant to be build. Its centralized owned by the town and its cheap like 4ct compared to 8 or 12ct from the big guys. Same with solar we pool everything that is produced locally so we save on storage for home owners and keep the price down. Thats what the European solution is supposed to be like let the city dwellers suffer the people on the land save themselves. Instead we all suffer under the commie EU.
>>531266101>>electric bullshit that no one wants now that subsidies are goneOK, anon, good luck w that. Electric cars *only* make sense with wireless power, or at the absolute very least, free & abundant electricity.Without those things, there's a reason they were previously confined to fucking golf carts.Enjoy your 3-hour charging outing ... assuming you don't have to wait for the person before you AND the shit charger is working. Oh, and THATLL BE $60, in case no one told you charging cost basically as much as gas if you pay to use public chargers.Might as well just paint them in rainbow flags and be honest about what you're all up to.
>>531267542The Electrical Grid not paying customers for electricity in, is part of how they recoup some of the losses of having to pay for the maintenance of the telephone poles wires and salaries of the workers to bring the power to your house even though the only time you're using it is when you need it, which is when the sun doesn't shine for two weeks, there's snow on the panels, and your battery reserves run out.Another scam is that one month when you do go over and use their grid, these rat fink kikes will charge you $1000 for a single month, to recoup what it interprets as losses from the entire year. The grid gets a double-win because you are charging up their array, and you're paying them 5x what you were paying for electricity a decade ago. These Grids aren't gonna go quietly into that good night, they are going to fight you tooth and nail and the only way is to go completely off grid, and on4chanately that's going to cost you 150 thousand us dollars to carry you through the winter and the times when the sun won't shine for 2 weeks straight, that does happen, you don't even notice until your battery array shows you with the dashboard.Solar is still the future, but we're talking 200 years out. Fossil fuels and Coal is where it's at. Bomb in a Box turn that crank of Babylon.

I'm going to plug in my ant miner for three years and Earn $300 in buttcoins.Son, why is the electricity bill $4500?Uhhhhhhhh. I don't know maybe you let Kikel Fighters from the Levant take your Helm when you were supposed to be driving those Saracens from the Holyland back to the muddy steps of the plain next to river Jordan? Stop stopping and Give your heart to Christ, but really do it this time and Observe Perils made for Shabis?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7il1RGsrqA0
I needed a truck as I’m doing extensive remodeling on my home (inb4 American houses are made of sticks and cardboard). Most trucks get abysmal mileage, or are way bigger than what I need, or both. The Maverick is currently the only compact truck sold in the US. Tacoma, Ranger, Colorado, Frontier, and Ridgeline (annd probably some I’m forgetting) are all midsize trucks averaging roughly 22mpg. Not being a high time preference nigger and possessing the magical ability to plan for the future like some kind of fortune teller, I knew there was a chance that gas prices might increase. It’s a fucking wild concept to brown people and other assorted retards, like the idea of insurance.Anyway I bought a hybrid and if the conditions are just right I can expect 70+ mpg on some trips. My average commute sees around 55. Pic happens occasionally when conditions are exactly perfect. Sorry about the xif.
>>531267484They can turn off your petrol car already
There's no excuse for every car to have a small battery and small electric motor for assist on short drives which is the majority of drives. Resistance comes from OPEC who are willing to pay trillions of dollars to throw stop sticks on the electric car. Also that being said, Insta-Charge Supercapacitors and Batteries are an issue of national security in the war. There are people who need that more than you do right now.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=As0rplNJTZI
