nope, the sanctions relief is only for oil that are aboard tankers and going to a destination. It is for a month and does not cover any additional oil. So all the oil in Iran is now deemed illegal and the US as before can at will seize it. As Iran can only use the strait to get that oil out then all additional ships can be easily seized.

the oil on the water on tankers is what the sanctions cover. So Iran are making a none point here. Whatever is already in transit is safe from being seized. What isn't safe tho is the oil not aboard tankers, not paid for, not in a contract. That's deemed illegal and will be seized.
