>>531425275it's not real capitalism. rwal capitalism has never been tried.
>>531425275the problem is canada isnt capitalist its heavy welfare state and normal people dont matter anymore because now leftist(their corpo owner handlers) care only about shitskinswe literally have to pay such a high taxes because they said otherwise rich people will abuse workers and treat them like animals but now people in power also got high on their power so it kicks you back in your assof course you blame capitalism assuring people who just kicked you in the ass even more power
>>531425440it was in xix century retard and pulled record numbers of people out of poverty while creating best societies in the worldthen leftists said *we have to get rid of poverty* which started this whole mess we enjoy today where lazy and criminal people get benefited while honest hardworkers go extinct
>>531425275imagine spending 35 fucking years in a coke bottling plant
>>531425727holy shit delusional
>>531425611>>531425727Wrong, the west exists in a corporate welfare state where they get easy money directly from central banks. It isn't remotely capitalist because modern monetary theory is socialism for rich people. There is no capitalism in the system anymore because scarcity is fake in todays markets. Money goes up regardless of capital, it is fake numbers on a screen.Capital used to be a tangible concept with physical backing, which meant that you couldn't add zeroes and if you did they instantly showed up in an audit. Now none of these checks and balances exist, so some rich kid with well connected parents can get a loan for his fake gay app and it creates a money feedback loop.
>>531426063>modern monetary theory is socialism for rich peopleTHIS. it also serves big government types very nicely.
>>531426033>holy shit delusional
>>531426166Yeah government, banking and real estate are tied into a separate feedback loop. Which basically reduces the economy to (inflation + immigration = more money)>Government gets money from stamp duty, land taxes, capital gains, etc>Bank loans out central banking money with minor markup for doing nothing but being a middle man (there is no risk because their interest rates are tied to the cash rate anyway, with fixed rate terms being short as fuck)>Real estate is incentivized to go up by all parties because they all get more money>Entire economy now revolves around CPI/cash rate/inflation which is like 5% every year>Everyone loses 5% of their money every year if it isn't in propertyThe whole thing is insane and will fall apart. I know in Canada your property prices are fucked like ours.
>>531426063>It isn't remotely capitalistyea thats what i said dumbassif XIX century you didnt have this shit and we had normal societies
>>531426591yeah its all the same thing. i've heard some of the MMT priests preaching their gospel and they really aren't shy about how much they love a massively powerful state doing whatever the fuck it wants in order to keep its shitty currency valuable, up to and including aiming guns at people. its crazy
Feel like any lawyer who can get this in front of a judge can make this man a millionaire

>>531425275Can someone explain why a company would fire an employee who was productive and making the money? If this guy was an asset they clearly made a big mistake getting rid of him. Maybe pepsi will hire him and he can make them money?
>>531425275How would compulsory work help this man? Can you provide any evidence that he would be taken care of better under a different system?
>>531427546dont worry, he's been forced into paying the government 'unemployment insurance' every single paycheck over his entire life, which means he's going to get some money for a few months to tide him over. government mandated insurance schemes really are the best.
>>531427716Did you think you could just vote harder and make all life’s problems go away? There are no political solutions to these problems
>>531427833i would never have voted for that shitty extra tax. today, no one would ever vote to remove it because social programs like this are a one way street. once they are in place nobody can imagine it not being there because that would be racist or something.
